Our steel manufacturing equipment is supplied by leading companies including Hitachi Japan, Bronx Australia, Siemens Germany and Tenova Ceramic Zinc Cattle, with automation by Ajax Tocco, USA.
We produce steel sheets using modern technology, dedicated staff and quality-control laboratory equipment. We roll gauges and apply coatings in colours required for local and export markets.

Consistent steel processing.
Our rolling mill is part of the manufacturing chain used to process steel for roofing production. Gauge control and production consistency are important to the finished sheet and its installation requirements.
The manufacturing process is supported by dedicated staff and quality-control laboratory practices.
Protective aluminium and zinc coating.
In the hot-dip galvanizing process, aluminium and zinc coating is applied to steel sheets to help prevent corrosion and other atmospheric reactions. The process controls coating thickness and supports the desired mechanical properties.
A further layer of protection.
After the Alu-Zinc coating, the coated surface passes through a protective treatment intended to protect the coating and support long-term durability.
Colour and finishing.
After galvanizing, chemicals and the desired colour coating are applied. The coated sheet is baked through an oven at approximately 210–250°C to complete the finishing process.
Profiles for the finishing details.
Ridges are produced in different colours, shapes and sizes. The range includes 320mm and 240mm options, with different roll and upside-down valley forms.
